This course has been designed to give people first hand experience in the traditional hunting technique of ferreting, i.e. using ferrets to flush rabbits from warrens into nets. A technique that has been used to get food and control rabbit populations for thousands of years.
During the course we will cover:

Rabbit preperation and cooking techniques
The rough itinerary will consist of an introduction and ferreting in the morning, we will then break for lunch where we will learn how to skin and butcher rabbits and cook them as a stir fry for lunch. After lunch we will continue ferreting till the end of the course.
WARNING: This course will include the humane dispatch of wild rabbits in accordance with goverment laws and legislation, you will not be required to do this yourselves, dispatch will be undertaken by a trained instructor.
